 The Nantech Vision repair department will complete the repair within7working days from the date of receiving the repair item. For repairs involving more than10Pcs, they will be completed within one month. If repairs cannot be completed on time due to special reasons, the technical service department of Nantech Vision will inform you in writing.

 Nantech Vision is not responsible for picking up repair products.
