 From the date of sale, within one month (including one month), if the Nanjing Tianwei Vision product and its accessories cannot be used normally due to quality issues, you can choose to return, exchange, or repair.

A.If you need to return the product, please send the purchased product, all accessories, and the invoice back to Nanjing Tianwei Vision. Nanjing Tianwei Vision will refund you according to the purchase price and provide free return service. If the product or accessories you return are incomplete,

the cost will be charged.

B.If you need to exchange the product, please send the purchased product or accessories and the invoice back to Nanjing Tianwei Vision. Nanjing Tianwei Vision will provide free exchange service. If the product or accessories you return are incomplete, the cost will be charged. If you are exchanging for the same model, you do not need to return the invoice;

C.If you need repair, please send the purchased product or accessories back to Nanjing Tianwei Vision, and Nanjing Tianwei Vision will provide free repair service.

D.Optical passive products such as optical fibers, optical cables, jumpers, flanges, and optical cable terminal boxes are not within the return range. We hope you can understand the product specifications, usage environment, and other information in detail through the technical service department of Nanjing Tianwei Vision when purchasing.

 Nanjing Tianwei Vision industrial communication products provide warranty service for two years (including two years) from the date of sale.

 During the warranty period, you need to pay the shipping cost to Nanjing Tianwei Vision, and Nanjing Tianwei Vision will be responsible for the shipping cost to the user or dealer.

 You will bear the risk that occurs during the transportation of the product or accessories back to Nanjing Tianwei Vision. It is recommended that you use the original packaging or packaging with equivalent protective effect to send the product, which can effectively reduce the risk of loss during transportation.

 You will not be entitled to after-sales warranty service in any of the following situations:

 

The product has exceeded the warranty period.

Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, etc.

Failure to use or test the product correctly according to the specified requirements.

Unauthorized changes to the product's hardware or software.

Damage during the return process.

Intentional damage to the product.

Products not from Nanjing Tianwei Vision.

Product sale date:
